I am a professor and carry pens with me everywhere. This allows me to keep my pens in one place, without the caps falling off, and in a sleek pouch that doesn't have Hello Kitty on it. The leather is soft and supple and I have had several colleagues ask where they can get one.

I love pens, and feel the inexplicable need to have lots of them with me at all times, which means I'm always looking for a better way to carry them in my book bag, or even from room to room, or keep them close at hand when at a meeting. This pouch is a wonder - I originally got it just to carry my everyday fountain pens in, but it holds more - so then I added some Sharpie pens, but it holds more - so then I added a regular Sharpie and a few ink cartridges, and everything fits! All in one beautiful, soft, extremely well made pouch that feels absolutely wonderful. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. (I also, at the same time, bought a larger one, also by Rustic Town, which has the same qualities but holds even more pens - that's the one I'm keeping by my table at home.)

I have bought 2 of these, one for myself and one as a gift. They are the perfect size for colored pencils. The second one I bought, in Oct.2016, had a yucky, musty warehousy smell that wasn't present with my first one. Not horrible, but noticible.

Got this case on a 'lightning deal' and am very pleased. Craftmanship is excellent and am able to fit all of my journaling supplies (over 12 pens/pencils, gel pen & pencil lead refills, craft scissors & glue stick). Easy to carry around and supplies don't rattle around like they do in plastic pencil cases.

Excellent product in every aspect: functional, fashionable, vintage, durable, exquisite craftsmanship. For the people that like to keep things (pencils) organized - this is a bag to have. Plus, it has more space than it looks. I was able to store a bunch of pencils (see the picture). One more excellent product by Rustic Town.
