The inside Dimension is 12". The bag is perfect! Easy to cary. I had a red head version before, it broke down after 3 goose seasons. Never buy that brand again. Time will tel if this one holds up. But so far i love it

Great bag except for the hardware on the flaps. The cobra buckles cannot be opened by my gloved hands and a useless. Who thought using those would be a good idea and who tested this bag?
