Its not that sticky...lasted on my car door sitting at an angle for a couple days, then it was on the floor. SO I moved it to the door arm rest, which for me is too low, so this helps VERY little. Also the passing is MINIMAL. I have a mouse wrist pad that would work MUCH better, but it doesn't have a grippy bottom.
Very comfortable and helped relieve elbow pain.

Got two of these for a co-worker who rests her elbows on her desk at work and she was getting severe pain in her elbows. Two weeks later the inflammation has cleared up and she's very happy with them. Less than an inch thick, but very soft and firm, they really take the stress off her elbows.

I bought this Gel Pad to go inside of a costume helmet. It's a bit of an experiment, but so far it's going well. The helmet is heavy resin, this pad really helps lessen the felt weight on the top of my head where most of the weight is focused, making it easier to wear for long periods of time. The adhesive is pretty good but I reinforced it with my own glue to make sure it stays in place.

I love it but it needs to be put far forward and part of it is in the opening in the armrest. It needs some form of skinny but stiff plastic or something to lay down over the hole.
