Update: 06/20/23 I received a call back from customer service. Issue resolved and I'm happy, added bonus, US based. I would do business with this company again.
Very happy the aftermarket made this available. But it fell short. The picture shows the original red discharge tube on the left. Notice the ID of the tube, very small. The narrowness is to slowdown the water discharge. The one on right represents the discharge tube ID from the new membrane, full port, no restriction. Installed as per the instructions, the discharged sounded very loud moving a lot of discharged water. I couldn't switch over the old to the new. The workaround for me was to splice a shorter piece of the restrictive tube onto the new one. If you're going to sell a unit representing, "as a replacement unit for," this restrictive tubing should've been used! I'm within my thirty days"¦ .
