Not a quality saxophone

Saxophone doesn't play as it should. Register key doesn't work when other keys are pressed. For being a new instrument there are many marks that look like tarnish on and in the bell along with a lot of white flaky stuff stuck to the saxophone itself. When I pulled the saxophone out of the bag it was wrapped in two screws fell out and I cannot see where they originally came from so I don't know if they fell off the saxophone or just ended up in the bag somehow

I've been playing for many years and I just bought a Selmer Alto, Boy that can put a dent in your pocket book, but I bought the Glory Tenor and I've been very happy with it. It looks and sounds like an expensive one but for less money. I had to buy a good mouth piece and good reeds, but that's a no brainer, I'm loving it and playing it a lot! Glad I bought it.
