I am really enjoying this muscle stick massage roller. Its portable and easy to use. Perfect for soothing muscled right after an intense workout. Also my fiancé likes when I massage his back with it which is fantastic because its so easy for me to use a lot of pressure with this stick and not hurt my wrists (which is what usually happens), We are both happy! I like that this one has the ridges on it, hoping it helps to release my muscles like the fascia blasters do.

I first have to say that I love the size of this item! I wish I would have thought about it some and got one that is wider BUT this one works great for feet, legs, back, etc. It is very easy to maneuver in your hands and massage any part of your body (or the person your rolling it on). Also the color that you see in the picture is the color you get. The only thing I wish that this had was that it would slightly bend to help get those spots in your back and legs better.
All in all, this is an item I am happy to have and would buy again.

I broke my ankle back in April and have been casted and then in the boot for awhile now. While going to Physical Therapy they suggested that I get one of these to help at home with my stretches in the leg with the broken bone. I have lost almost all my strength in that leg since I have been non-weight bearing. This thing is wonderful and feels so good when you roll it up the back of your leg. I also roll the bottom of my foot on it too as this helps with the ligaments around my ankle. I am very happy with this roller and it has done its job. I now use it on both legs before I do my exercises and stretches.

This Muscle Stick is amazing. I have a bad right leg that I have been trying to get stretched out for a long while. Nothing I tried, no exercises, no equipment I tried was helping. When I saw The muscle Stick I thought it looked like it could help my aching leg. I have to say I am NOT disappointed. When it was delivered I opened it up immediately and started rolling the muscles of my right leg, slowly running the muscle stick down and back up my leg. Starting with hamstrings, quads then the calf muscles. I could tell pretty quick that this devise was going to help and give me some relief. I have to say that after a few days the range of motion in my leg has improved and the aching has decreased. I'm sure glad I decided to give The Muscle Stick a shot at helping my leg.
