I'm early in the game but with one week in, I just today started feeling much calmer, less anxious. I had an increased sense of well being. I'm falling to sleep faster and I anticipate the day will come when my chronic insomnia is a thing of the past.
Price is Great but Taste and Quality are Not

I wanted to like this, I really did but the quality leaves much to be desired. I usually buy the NutriGold version of 5-HTP but since the price has sky rocketed I have been looking for more reasonably priced alternatives. Nested Naturals version has a great price, but the plastic-y taste of the capsules makes it a chore to swallow (you kind of have to hold your breath and swallow at the same time) and I just don't feel the same mood enhancing effects that I do with the NutriGold version.
Works, and is good value.

Transaction, shipping and price was great. Unfortunately, the supplements have this awful taste where I was gagging to even get them down --almost like you just licked a metal screen. I ended up tossing them because I couldn't stomach them 😣
