Bought this for my 6-year old son who is small for his age, and the small fits perfectly! The helmet is awesome! My only "complaint" is that they only have one "1" in the numbers package and since my kid wants to be Larry Fitzgerald (#11), I will have to buy another number. And I am not even complaining about that, really! This is perfect!

The quality is a typical dress up/play costume material. Very thin. The jersey is mesh, and the pants are super thin. The helmet it pretty solid, but you obviously wouldn't use it to play actual football. If you have a little one who loves to play dress up, this is really great for it. My son likes to just pretend in the house, and this is all he needs.
