I dont write many reviews but i just had to pass on how pleased i am with these placemats. They look better than the pictures. They are heavy and well made and look very expensive. I couldnt be more pleased with the quality. St this price point they are a steal. Looks great on my distressed look dining table. I may have to order more and tuck them away incase they are no longer available.

Perfect! When I read that another reviewer didn't like that this runner is "heavy", it helped me order"”I wanted to know it would weigh enough not to slip off easily and it doesn't. [note: if you want a leather table runner, its "heaviness" isn't all THAT heavy and will help it stay nicely on the table even with a generous off table drop and it gives an earthy non-traditional feel to the room] I wanted it for a window seat covering. We don't sit on it long, so padding wasn't really high on the list"”or even really desired. So many pads were too traditional, solid color or not a color/pattern I wanted to define the room. I really like that it "dresses" the seat without being a padded seat. This runner was longer than I needed but a perfect width [hard to find!] The price was great and folding it over on one end with the grandkids favorite stuffed bear perched on top makes me smile every time I walk by. I searched unsuccessfully for a very long time for a window seat "pad" so this solution is long-awaited...and is the solution I didn't know I needed. The quality of the soft leather pieces is even leading me to look for where else might need a bit of leather :).

This is something I am more pleased with then just about anything I have ordered. The material and workmanship are great. I'm sure other people have thought of this, I ordered 4 and I am using them for leather recliner arm chair covers or protectors. I let the fringe hang over to the side and the other part fits real good. I used some carpet tape down the middle of the chair arm (this doesn't hurt the chairs) and the covers stay on perfect. I love the various colors in the mats and it will go with just about any color in the room. They also feel real good to your arms and hands. A GREAT buy and fast delivery.

I have several of these placemats that I purchased in the past. I love them so much, I ordered some more for a switch out on some tables in my living room. Easy to clean - just rinse with some cool water to eliminate dust, hang to dry, and they're ready to go again. Great quality leather and very well made. I highly recommend. It appears that they will last forever!
