What is there to be said, the ORIGINAL!!! You do get what you pay for, I have purchased 5 of these generic brooms in the past few years, but I finally got the real thing! This should last a few winters, if it lasts that long, it paid for itself. Get the REAL thing!

The original is still the best. I use this to clear snow and ice from a wagon and an SUV, and the reach is great. I like the telescoping handle, which makes it great for storing in the car. I suppose if you needed even more reach, you could put a broom handle on it, because it's a standard handle thread.

Anybody who lives in snow country needs these. I personally own 6. One inside each car, two in the garage, one by the front door and a spare. They are awesome for removing snow from behind my car wheels and along the side so that I can get to the bulk of the snow with the snowblower. They allow me to remove the snow from the top of a van with ease from the ground. I used to have to stand on the running board to clear the top of my van. I just removed a foot of snow from the tops of two cars and the front and back end of both. They make great Christmas gifts for teenage kids and neighbors.

The Son Brum makes my mornings less hellish in the CO Rockies. I am a tall guy and I still find the tool highly beneficial for quickly clearing the top of my jeep. I was worried about scratching the paint with a traditional brush--this option is not only safer for the paint, but it is 10X faster for clearing large areas. The tool telescopes to allow for sufficient extension making the tallest of vehicles less frustrating to clear after a snowstorm. The product was recommended to me by a coworker, now half of the office uses Snow Brums regularly. I haven't found a better product for this purpose.
