Would be O.K. if it didn't sit in 100° temperature for hours. It's yellow and CLUMPY and I will not order again.

I grew up in New Orleans and if you served any mayo but Blue Plate or home made, you we looked on with suspicion. Creamy, rich and thick, I use it for everything from po boys to prebasting chicken, turkey and roasts.
