The straps kept sliding even with lock tab . Drilled hole through tab and strap installed rivet. No more sliding. Strong corner brackets.

the threads were damaged on one of the strap bolts, lucky I have a set of taps and dies. they are very nice and made of a heavy material, they should hold up pretty good.
