It's nylon, so it's not leather. Overall a nice product that looks nice on my big girl pony. In the picture I have biothane reins clipped to the bridle instead of the nylon set that came with it. Also, I don't have the breastplate that this set came with on my pony either. (The saddle is a draft size Hilason bareback pad that came with a breastplate). The parts seems durable so far, although I don't ride in it daily.

Nice design it looks pretty haven't used it yet. But I did notice that it's made very light and I don't think it's going to be very durable. Would only use this on a very well broke horse.

Just like some of the other reviews, we had to put a couple extra holes so it would get a little smaller. But regardless, it was perfect!
