Dog loves new collar. That's him exhausted after a walk. Collar works. My dog does have partial trachea collapse. Love the color. He is comfortable in it. Works great as a dog collar. It is worth it if it keeps him safe from further damage. I bought collars for my other 2 small dogs to help prevent trachea injury.

I ordered the leather one first: 17" was too tight, 18" was to big. This one fits perfectly is also softer and more comfortable.

I've purchased 4 of these and had them for a few years! They hold up to hand washing/gentle cycle for washers and don't choke my Pomeranians like normal harnesses do. This specific design is PERFECT for small dogs, seniors, and dogs that are prone to collapsing trachea.
The only con is that I wish they had more on-trend colors. Please make this in more colors preferably in a mauve or muted light pink, beige, and sage since those colors are trending! :)

Overall the harness is great ... east to get in/out of. However, I think that the "D" ring could be a bit bigger. Also, it w/b nice if there was a place to attach their ID and rabies vax tags. If you clip the tags to the "D" ring it is very difficult to then get the "D" ring through the opening.
