Sharp, Sharp zester. Works great. I only use it for zesting and I love the brush that comes with it. Useful website with lots of good info about the zester.

Watch out for your fingers, the blades are super sharp. With that being said, so much easer in grating and zesting than what was in my kitchen drawers. I like the brush in getting the hard to reach places and the cover for the blades

This works great! I use it often and for so many things I never thought I would have. It is just wonderful for garlic and ginger too! I have used it when making dough for the butter. I freeze the butter 1st then just grate over the dough and it does an amazing job!
cleans easily ( we use a toothbrush once in a while) ...
