This is a great product. Earlier this year, I started experiencing pain on the side of my left foot fearing that I was developing a bunion. I tried several products and shoe inserts. I even purchased new sneakers thinking that was the cause. One product that I purchased was similar to these toe separators but it had a gel padding that went along the side of the big toe that I thought would help but really did not. Somehow I came across Dr. Frederick's toe separators and I am so glad I did. I started getting relief by the second or third day wearing them. It even feels like the little knot on the side of my big toe has gone down. My toe is truly being realigned. I wear them every single day, they provide so much comfort. I love wearing them during my workouts especially when I take long walks, I could walk for miles now. I also love that one order includes 3 pair. I actually keep a pair at work in case I rush out and forget to put them on (which has happened). I have had them for about a month and wanted to wait to post my review. If you are experiencing foot pain or looking for bunion relief, I highly recommend these.

I made a promise to myself to lose weight in 2017. My plan called for a modified Meditation diet and jogging-walking plus core exercises. The jogging part quickly became problematic because both of my big toes turn inward. By happenstance I tried toe separators to realign my big toes. To my surprise the separaters fixed the problem I was having. I wanted to by more separators but finding the large ones in stores is hit-or-miss. I searched Amazon and found these. They are working out really well.
Helping with a foot injury

I am using this for something other than bunion relief actually. I do, however, have small bunions, but it is really coming in handy for a foot injury I sustained a year ago. I tore a ligament in my second toe and it is very crooked now and it hurts with every step. My options are limited for fixing this - either live on anti-inflammatory pills or have surgery. Neither of these are high on my list. I am finding if I use this in between my big toe and the affected second toe, it keeps the ligament strain to a minimum. I used the things my doctor gave me and they were OK, but these gel inserts are quite a bit better.
The medium size works well for me but I am also going to order the large size. I wear a women's 11 and the medium is definitely not big on me, it's just about right, but there might be days I need more straightening, so I will use the large those days.
Anyway, I hope this review helps. Others' reviews helped me a lot when deciding what device to try with this injury.

I really like these things. During a average work day I usually walk 15,000 steps and my big toe always pushes inwards towards my other toes making my joint hurt pretty bad. I gave these things a try and I noticed a huge difference. It helps a lot and I have almost no pain now in my foot. I also noticed now that I have my toes comfortable my legs feel much better also. Definitely would buy again

They are soft and are made to fit well between toes. Unfortunately I think I may have needed large ones or a different type of product. It seems my second toe is drifting toward my big toe because it is starting to become a hammertoe, so the separator doesn't fit as well between my particular toes after awhile. I have worn it with shoes and after a few hours my big toe starts to really hurt. It may just be from my toes needing to get used to it. But for simple toe separation this product seems like it would work fine for most people.
