It's fine. I have a really thin, straight, soft hair that sorta falls flat. Was looking for something that would give it some volume and also I can't get the hang of blow drying with a big round brush. This works ok for a little bit but doesn't really hold the volume like I was hoping.

Nice product. Quality. Nice design. Barrel heats as you'd want. Didn't work on my hair. I have cut my hair short and thought this would be the perfect styling tool. I have some natural curl, natural wave. Found instead of giving body it encouraged the wave! Bought this because a friend owned one and it styled her hair beautifully. The product just didn't work on my hair sadly.

This is my second Calista Perfector. The other one still works but got knocked around in luggage over time and teeth got broken. Took the old one to the office for post workout touch ups. This does either straight smooth hair or nice loose curls. Would not be without it. My hair is just below shoulders, colored and prone to frizzies. Does not damage my hair. Get the hang of using it so you don't get it stuck. Not difficult. Love!

The first time I used the Perfecter, it worked for me. I had never used anything like this before. I have short hair that is semi curly with some fuzziness and it gave me a smooth curl that I could do something with.
