Great basic mask for the price!

Has all the basics you'd need in a mask, and fits really well with nice deep pockets around the nose so you can get a good pinch for equalizing pressure when going to depths. Doesn't really leak, but it's simple enough to clear by pushing on the top while breathing out your nose, head leaning upwards a bit. Took at least 4 scrubbings with toothpaste before it stopped fogging up very noticeably, and I still need to reapply liquid spit between dives (but you'd have to do that anyway with any mask I think). It's not really a low profile mask, so you'll see a little bit more black around your field of vision than those types, but if you're a beginner like me, you'll be too busy worrying about other things under water than losing a small bit of your peripheral vision. ;) Only wish they had a few more colors to choose from.
The silicone is very soft and has a nice double seal inside like most of the better masks ...

First off I must comment on the overall quality of this mask for the price. The silicone is very soft and has a nice double seal inside like most of the better masks have. The nose section has also been thinned out to better allow a diver to pinch their nose to equalize which I thought was a nice touch at first but ended up causing me problems. Because the nose and lip section of the mask is very thin and flexible, the mask does not push firmly on the lip area which ended up causing the mask to let water in around my mustache which isn't a problem on masked that don't have a thinned out lip section. Overall, I highly recommend this mask to those without facial hair but I would say steer clear of this one if you often sport a mustache while diving.

I did not initially do the toothpaste trick and had a huge fogging problem on vacation. When I returned, I contacted Kraken and they were extremely helpful. They provided extensive detail about how to remove the coating, as well as tips for preventing fogging. They responded almost instantly to 5 or 6 rounds of email questions and were extremely committed to ensuring that I was successful with the product and happy with the purchase. I tried the mask on another vacation...and no fogging.
If you wish you never had to come out of the water.......

I purchased this mask and dry snorkel based on other customer reviews, and am VERY pleased with the fit and comfort. The only hard piece on the mask is the lens, and the rest of the mask was soft and comfortable. With my previous mask I had to fit the straps so tightly that I had pressure marks on my face, a headache, and a stuffed up nose after a 2 hour snorkel. I just returned from two weeks on St. John USVI where I snorkeled daily for 3 to 5 hours - with one snorkel/swim that lasted 4 hours (most were 2 or 3 hour sessions). No marks, no stuffed nose, and the mask felt as light as a feather! The dry snorkel I also purchased detached easily from the mask, and made packing and transporting a breeze. Don't let the low price point of the product scare you into thinking the quality might be compromised. If you're someone who thinks that the beach is the place for 15 minute breaks to wolf down a sandwich so you can "get back out there", try this mask!
