Box arrived in good condition.
The plastic cover installed under the chair was broken but usable.
The la-z-boy medallion installed on the back of the chair is severely misaligned.
One of the armrests was difficult to get tight when installed.
The lowest seat height adjustment is a little high for me but thats a personal preference.
Overall a decent chair for the price.

Comfortable if you have to sit for extended periods. Arms are well padded. Seat is showing slight compression in the padding after a month. I am 5'4" and the seat is a little long for me. The back is a little high. The top of my head is only an inch higher than the chair. Assembly took about 30 - 40 minutes and all the parts were in the box. The packaging was the worse of any product I have ever purchased. The only protection inside the box was a couple of six inch squares of foam fastened to each side of the chair back. Everything else looked like it was just tossed into the box. The tape on both the top and bottom of the box had failed and there were openings in both seams. Surprised it was all still there. This is such a trade up from my old chair, I have to love it and I do think it will last. The finished chair is quite heavy.

This might be the very best office chair that I have ever used. The lumbar support in this thing is amazing and supports the back even when you are leaning forward over a desk. The wheels roll without effort on carpet as well as hard surfaces. The arms and leg area are comfortable and the chair turns easily. I love the fact that this chair drops down lower than most (yes, I am that short) and that my feet can touch the floor when I am sitting in it, not leaving my legs dangling as happened with my previous office chair.

The leather is pretty and a nice shade of dark brown. This looks really stylish in the office and matches my desk well. It was also pretty easy to put together, even for those of us who don't know much about assembling things. I'm so glad I chose this chair.

I'm writing this as I am sitting in the chair that I just put together today. I'm 5'9" 230 pounds.
1. The packaging. I have read other reviews about how the box was damaged upon delivery, I order from Amazon directly and my package was intact and secure.
2. The assembly. It was easy as long as you read the directions thoroughly . The only time I needed help was securing the chair with the base. No extra tools was needed, everything is provided.
3. The back. It contours to your back, it makes you sit up so if slouched in your old chair you won't in this one. It does tilt but it does not recline. Comfortable!
4. The seat. Lots of cushion, the memory foam is very soft. Nothing like my mesh chair. If you're used to a hard mesh chair seat then this one is a huge upgrade.
5. The height. Higher than mesh chairs. The lowest position on this chair is the same height and the highest position in my mesh chair. You may have to adjust the height to find your perfect fit.
6. Tilt. Not as much tilt as my mesh chair but the way this chair is made you don't want much tilt anyway because depending on your own height your feet might not touch the floor.
7. Look. Very professional. I chose this particular chair because of the stitching placement. No stitching is where your clothes will rub against it, others chairs that I searched did. As far as how well the bonded leather will hold up only time will tell. Honestly I really don't care about that as long as it's still comfortable.
I wanted a memory foam seat with AIR Technology. This chair has it. I'm not disappointed with the purchase at all. I don't feel any of the pressures in my body as I did with my mesh chair. I didn't even know that La-Z-Boy even made office chairs until I started looking for one. Also I found out in my research that True Innovations deals with mostly Serta and La-Z-Boy. So if you were like me in trying to narrow down your selection, they're both are of the same quality.
