This chair is worth every penny. I didn't hear my husband swearing while he put it together, do it must not be too hard. It looks great, very masculine (which fits in our home office) and absolutely luxurious to sit it. It is large but even though we are smaller people it is still comfortable!

Purchased two of these less than 4 months ago. One chair turned out fine, the other ... makes squeeks when you recline, very irritating. Have taken the arms off and put them back on at least 25 times. Tightened every stinkin' screw on the chair but still, the squeek is there and will not go away. These two chairs were not cheap, I expected better construction. No more La-Z-Boy chairs for me.

Delivery was fast; it works as advertised;and quality is fine.Unfortunately, I'm disappointed with the seat height. I'm 6'4" and north of 350. I bought the Serta bonded leather big and tall chair a few years ago, but as I gained weight due to illness, the seat height adjustment would no longer hold. I opted for this one because it handles up to 400 pounds and the 21" seat height is virtually the same as the Serta. However, when you sit on the nice cushy foam, you lose height -lol Compared to my old chair, I feel like I'm sitting in a hole. If height is an issue because you have long legs, I'd save the $100 and buy another Serta. If you need the comfy foam seat, get this one.

I bought this chair last week and I must say, it is the most comfortable office chair I have ever owned. I am a big guy 6'2", 350lbs. I spend 10-12 hours a day at my desk making sales calls. I did read many of the other reviews, many were good, but the ones that had any negativity in them, complained about the assembly of the chair. It took me maybe 20 minutes. All parts and the tool to assemble it was included in the package. If you take your time, it is easy! And again, this chair is well built and extremely comfortable. You could easily use it in front of a TV and fall asleep in it!!
