This item came with two different arms that caused a crooked back. the chair comes with a green paper that says if you encounter any problems DO NOT RETURN to store website you purchased the chair from to contact True Innovations. I contacted them in April and they have told me twice that my order for replacement parts are on their way, IT AUGUST. I'm beginning to get the feeling like they're never coming in. The customer service is a joke, just some nice emails and a promise that will never be fulfilled. If i ever get this replacement part I will change this review, but for now, the chair is uncomfortable wobbles and good for only a skinny employee. if you weigh over 130lbs, i suggest the big and tall chair.

This item is still sitting in my garage UNUSABLE because it is defective. I have contacted the manufacturer for a replacement part and apparently the request went to their BLACK HOLE OFFICE where all requests go to die a permanent death. I am planning at this point to contact my credit card company to dispute this charge because the company has had an opportunity to rectify the defective nature of this product and has neglected to follow through. I will NOT be ordering products from this merchant in the future unless I receive the product I paid good money for that is usable and meets minimum quality standards.
