Purchased expecting it to be something like good old $20+ fan from walmart (those prices are long gone by the way:) ). It did not fall below my expectations.
Works well. Noise level overall very good even on highest speed, its tough to expect noiseless fan at this speed.
Remote works well from 20 feet away (I did mot test it from greater distance), which is important for me since fan is installed at the upper portion of the tall window.
All functions like speed, exhaust air etc work as described.
I was getting ready for struggle with side extenders since my window is wide enough that I had to extend those to the maximum, it was not that difficult in the end, obviously easier if your window is narrower than their maximum offered width.
Mosquito net outside is a big bonus since I had to cut and glue my own mosquito net to my old fan, so saved me couple of hours of work.
Overall happy with the product and it is exactly what I expected.

I've been shopping for a fan for some time. Although I prefer tower fans for the space-saving aspect, the airflow always seems to suffer. Also, every tower fan I've bought in the last decade eventually started with weird squealing or squelch noises when oscillating, which when the house is quiet, I find intolerable. I started looking into window mounted fans and shopped through so many models before deciding on this one, and I'm happy that I did. Firstly, the fan isn't super quiet. To be fair, the fan blades' movement is quiet. The noise I believe many have complaint with is the "hum" that the motors themselves have. Regardless of speed, or direction of the blades, the hum is a constant. If you don't set the fan up correctly in the window, or if it doesn't properly fit your window for some odd reason, it WILL amplify this mechanical, vibrating hum. It's not bad, and it's not overly loud, but you WILL notice it in a quiet environment.

The fan itself, is really nice. It has three speeds via 2 fans that aren't fine tunable (no breeze modes,etc.) so you get those 3 speeds and that's it. It has reversible directions, and also the ability to "circulate" by using one of its' fans as a draw fan, while the other blows in. Nice feature, and I didn't find many fans that had it.

The remote is exactly that. It's remote. It controls. It will require you to have 2 AAAs on hand to use it.

The beeping is really overly-loud. Thankfully, I just turn the fan on and leave it at one setting, so no beeps for me

The lights on the fan themselves are super aggressive, and I see no obvious way to turn them off. Doesn't bother me, but others might want that electricians tape ready to cover these things.

Also to note are the included screens for the unit . One for covering the unit during cold months, I assume, and the other that acts as a mosquito netting when using the fan.
Included are two plastic legs that can apparently be mounted so that the fan can be used table-top style. I can't comment on these as I won't be using them. And I believe there would be better choices if your usage scenario is table-top.

All things considered, the fan "fit the bill" for me, and maybe it will for you too, despite it's caveats.

We use this fan in our bedroom window all night long. Runs great. We have the filter on the back to try and keep dust out. In our area there is a wheat field 1/4 mile west of us. All that dirt blows our way as cars gonup and down our street. The filter does a decent job and is alays pretty dirty. Our older fan would always leave circles of dirt on the window screen. Less screen washing for me now. The fan filter is easily washed-up in the sink, hung to dry and replace on the fan.

I bought four of these 3 years ago to use in my 8x12 greenhouse. I have two pulling air in on the back side and two pulling air out on the front side so the air is constantly moving straight thru 12 feet. They run 24/7 in the summertime on high, so about 3-4 months a year, Zone 6A. With the shade cloth my greenhouse runs about 85-90 degrees during the day and the night time temps have been 60-75 degrees. I had the first of the four go out last weekend. I honestly was surprised it lasted that long, like I said they run all day and night in the summer. I like the fact I could yank the old one out and install the new one in minutes. It wouldn't be easy for me to do that if I built one into the wall frame. This fan comes with an attachable screen that keeps the bugs from flying thru but I don't use it as my windows have screens. It comes with feet to set on counter if need be, but I don't use those either as I just close the window on top to steady it. Hoping I don't have to replace anymore this year ;) but this is a great twin window fan and very convenient for my application.

This fan works very well. As you can see from the photo, my window is very old and busted, so I needed to add some tape around the edges to keep bugs out.

I primarily bought this fan for two reasons:
1. Vent the hot air out of my room.
2. Vent cigarette smoke outside.

This fan succeeds on both. Keeps the room nice and cool while also keeping the smell of smoke out.
It's a *little* bit louder than other fans I've had, but it's not extremely loud.

Installation was very easy, the one caveat is that the locking adjustable sides can be a bit... finnicky. My window is very wide, so I needed to extend them to their max size, and the locks kept unlocking with the amount of pressure the sides were producing inwards.
However, I got it installed and it's now working great.

The remote works out of the box. It takes 2 AAA batteries (not included).

I'd recommend this fan for anyone who wants to keep their room cool, or vent cigarette smoke.
