Good quality, but perhaps lacking in customer service follow up?

I just purchased the new model. Most other reviews are for the previous model. It seems to be high quality and should work for what I need this for - running two pumps simultaneously. One pump is for above my pool cover, the other pump is below the cover to pump out anything that leaks thru the cover. They often run at the same time.
I would have given it 5 stars, but I'm having problems finding a suitable outlet box cover. Tower's website claimed theirs fit with more box covers than other GFCI brands. The cover where I'm using this is a large plastic, clamping type cover. However, it was way too small to accommodate the plug. I had to cut the bottom of the fold down cover quite a bit and use a zip tie to secure the box. I wrote to Tower's customer service to ask which brand of box cover would fit best, since they claim this on their website. They wrote back and said they couldn't help because they don't keep box covers on hand. A bit disappointing that they could not / would not identify a suitable cover. If I find one, I'll post it here and rethink upgrading the number of stars.

This is much safer and handier to have in the shop than a power strip or multi pronged extension cord. It has a circuit breaker and GFCI protection.
It mounts on the wall or the work bench. Well built: Good 12 awg wire not cheap 14 awg, the solder connections are done right and the unit is very sturdy.

Haven't had a chance to put this to work yet. This will be used as extra protection for extension cords...charging batteries for my boat, golf cart, and general use. I have a 30 amp outlet but needed extra protection and 15/20 amp receptacles in my garage. Bought the 30 amp RV male to 15/20 amp female adapter. It looks well made for years of service. Plenty of extra cord (6ft) if you need it. Instructions include how to shorten it or add a longer one. Shipped on time, however the original box was damaged somewhat, but no signs that the outlet was damaged. May upgrade to a 5 star if it works well.
