However, if this is stainless steel, then I'm a cheese pizza. As long as they don't rust, I don't care what they're made of. A few reviewers say they rust -- if they do, I'll come back and change my review. If it rusts, it's not stainless (or it's a ridiculously low grade of stainless).

You may have problems opening and closing them (IF you have dexterity problems or visual problems.
But don't let that stop you from buying this fine product.
