Other use for pool noodles

I have no idea how these work in the water. We bought them to keep the 9 mo. baby from knocking his tiny teeth out on the edge of the heavy glass coffee table. We just slit them down one side with a box cutter and jammed them all around the sharp table edge. It worked like a charm. Baby could pull up and cruse around the table without our freaking out. 😳 plus both the baby and the cat enjoyed playing with the small cut pieces leftover.
Small, can't use it as a float toy

Much narrower than typical noodles. Does not support even a small kid floating on it.
