I don't write reviews, but my 3.5 y/o immediately loved this thing...especially the light up motor fan. Its is exactly what I wanted, he's starting to understand that things need batteries, and how power flows from batteries to those things...basic problem solving, engineering, etc. I'm seriously considering getting the most souped up kit they have now, so I don't buy multiple different kits over time.

My 5 yr old tinkerer loves this kit. Directions are picture and written so after the first few times of me helping him he can figure it out on his own know.

I got this for my five year old daughter who picked it up very well. She loves working with it. It did not come with all the parts though. I was missing a few of the blue connecters.

I'm truly enamored that such a product exists. I've been getting into electronics myself, and was hoping that I could introduce my 4 year old nephew to STEM. He has yet to play with it, but I think he'll really like it, probably think it's magic or something. One reviewer noted that they wished the pieces were transparent to see the wiring underneath, I agree with that as well, but it's only a small gripe. Also, I wish there was an explanation of how each project works so that I could explain it to my nephew the best I could, in the very likely case that he might. Again, however, another small gripe for such a great product!
