in-Motion Pro Crutches | Foldable | Ergonomic Handles | Spring Assist Technology | Articulating Tips | Size X-Tall (5'10" - 7'0") | Charcoal Grey

Key features
- •SPRING-ASSISTED ARM CRUTCHES: The Spring Assist Technology absorbs the impact from walking and uses that energy to aid patient movement. Our Spring Assist Technology makes our springs quieter than traditional crutch springs and our foam rubber padding helps reduce friction and divert pressure from each underarm.
- •ARTICULATING CRUTCH TIPS: Our Sure Foot Articulating Tips give greater stability on uneven surfaces and unstable ground. They are excellent on solid, indoor surfaces such as hardwood floors or carpet, and are great on outdoor surfaces such as grass, gravel, and dirt. Our crutch tips also give the user extra maneuverability.
- •ERGONOMIC HAND GRIPS SET: The ergonomic positioning and design of the grips keep hands and wrists in their natural position, eliminating wrist pain and nerve damage. The unique folding feature allows users to quickly circulate their crutches in and out of use without changing any height adjustments. This makes the In-Motion Pro the most convenient crutch to travel with, store, and ship.
- •DURABLE,FOLDING PORTABLE CRUTCHES: The newly re-designed cylinder bracket and double reinforced strut ensure the product's strength and durability throughout the handle of the crutch. Our In-Motion Pro Ergonomic Folding Crutches can be stored conveniently and carried for travel. The heavy-duty construction has a user capacity of 500 lbs.
- •GREAT FOR POSTURE: In addition to added comfort on the wrists and shoulders, our highly adjustable, ergonomic design allows for users to naturally walk more erect, which is normally a challenge for most conventional crutch users, thus making them essential for a proper and speedy recovery. They are highly recommended for patients undergoing physical therapy.

Amazing crutches but one annoying problem already
Amazon Customer✓ Verified Purchase•September 28, 2023
These crutches are amazing! Just one complaint. The only reason I docked a star is bc the left crutch began a grinding and squeaking sound where the shock absorbing spring is located. This you can hear me coming from down the street. I have not had a chance to request a replacement yet because I just had my surgery and it's Thanksgiving. I plan to do this soon and will update my rating/review later.
Update: the company came thru with a response that first said "this happens once in while," and suggested using DW-40 to grease it up (which has worked in the end) but also offered to send a new lower pole to replace the malfunctioning part. Great customer service! These are by far the best crushes I have ever yeses (I've had quite a few knee surgeries). Honestly, one on the best features is that the design of the crutch handles allow you to be able carry things around with you in your hand while also using the crutch handle without a problem. I'm currently non-weight bearing on one of my legs so this is huge. Even if I have to carry something awkward like a dinner plate, the crutch armpit saddle is long enough to stay in place and I can still get around without it slipping out, and it's soft. The shock absorption feature is amazing!

Love them I ordered them after I hurt my knee . The only thing I wish that the Handles wouldn't be so slippery. But other then that it is a great Product.

I am giving 4 stars only because I have not used my crutches yet! I ordered the larger size and they were too big. I called customer service at Millennial and Gavin was the epitome of how customer service. He was really nice and kind. Instead of exchanging the pair that was too large, he sent me the smaller size and said to donate the extra pair!!! He is a star among stars! Thanks Gavin.

Updated: I called customer service and explained the issue. No proof or return hassle needed, they immediately shipped a new pair. The person on the phone even grabbed a pair of crutches so I could walk them through my issue and asked me to text pics of the old one to send to the engineering department. I think I had a random novel defect in the knobs they hadn't seen which frustrated me, but they took it very seriously and acted immediately.
They genuinely get that selling crutches means likely dealing with customers in some degree of distress and were beyond gracious even if I was not initially. They also had all my info from Amazon so the process was smooth. This is a US based company with real people extremely familiar with product answering the phone. Their product is an amazing upgrade over traditional crutches, and you can be sure they stand behind it. Will update review when get the new pair but buy the brand with confidence.
Prior review, will update with new product:
Currently non weight bearing on one knee and my traditional crutches were beginning to cause wrist pain. These could be a good alternative for a more ergonomic positioning. Indeed, the springs take some getting used to but do relieve some pressure. I would say they are good for stairs especially in that regard. I can't evaluate a straight line per below"¦
The big issue here is that the handles are not adjustable. There is a knob to turn that I've tried wrenches, rubber grips, etc on and nothing can loosen them. I've just scratched them up and hurt my sore wrists more trying to adjust them. Customer service is not available whether I call.
Bottom line, if the placement included is a natural fit they might be a good alternative but for me I keep them by my stairs but otherwise pretty much a waste of money because the angle leaves my elbow at 90 degrees.

Incredibly comfortable and super grippy for crutches

I like these because they don't hurt under the arms if correctly fitted. The lil booklet that comes with it has a good fitting guide. Putting the crutches together was easy until the last step, the handles. I put the handles on backwards and panicked for about a half hour. Then laughed when I figured out my very obvious mistake. I reread the instructions and put the handles on right the second time. I had to stand up to figure out how to hold the handles. I didn't find them to be very intuitive but it only took me a few days to be comfortable and find my balance. I've used them for about a month now and still don't have any rub rash under the arms. The crutches haven't slipped once, but be careful of mail, cardboard boxes, and wet surfaces in general when using any kind of crutches.
I broke my tibia plateau and had 2 surgeries 2 months ago but I'm at the point in physical therapy where I started weight bearing exercises so I feel like it was the right time to purchase since I can balance pretty well on one foot. I was using a walker and/or a wheelchair before this purchase.
