The picture and description is deceiving. The picture looks like the lengths are the same both straight and curly. Mine was 10 inches on the straight direction and 14 on the curly. The description should always be the shorter length. the shorter length is shorter then my actual hair. the hair looks and feels nice but it is not what I needed since it is not 15 inches worth. If it were not for the length. I think I would have liked it.

I was pleasantly surprised not only in the quality, but with the fullness as well. And the color matched my granddaughters hair exactly! I purchased this with a "fingers crossed and hope it lasts through 3 performances" attitude (she's in dance and had recitals that included a blue long clip -in as part of the costume, and she has short shoulder length curly hair). What a wonderful clip. My hair is ombre and it's really hard to find the perfect end shade to match it. And sometimes, you just want that extra OMPH in your hair to make you feel more confident. This does the job. I love that it can be used on straight or as layered curls. The longest part of the hair fall right above my bra line and the texture of the hair doesn't feel cheap. It's easy to brush through and doesn't look fake when used correctly. it has beautiful highlights and adds volume. The only down side is that if you have thick hair, it's a bit challenging to clip it on your pony tail. After awhile it does feel a bit heavy on your head.

I originally bought this for my Halloween Costume but will definitely keep it for a fun night out with the girls! I just can't believe that the color of this matched my hair perfectly (Light Brown), and that it was so easy to clip in to my short, shoulder-length hair. People complimented my hair all night (telling me I should never cut it because it's beautiful!) I would say that wearing it on the side helps make it look a little more updated (otherwise it doesn't kind of look trashy/dated as a regular pony tail). I tried to order a few other items from the seller (like the pony tail extension and the bun), but unfortunately the color wasn't available. Once they are, I am definitely purchasing them!
