I suffer from Chronic Migraines and Chronic Daily Headaches. So my head hurts ALL THE TIME. I don't have insurance so i don't have any pain meds and when I did the combination of medicines they gave me were exhausting and had sever side effects as per usual. PLUS my migraine medicine only worked if i took it before I felt the migraine coming. Yes you read that right. One of my best friends remembered this and bought me 2 boxes straight away. Let me tell you it is the ONLY thing that has worked in YEARS. Even excedrin stopped working after a while. I'd say it works about 7 times out of 10. Which is saying something for me. If it turns into a flashing, blinding migraine nothing short of a morphine shot would help anyways. And for those nights where I can't sleep because a migraine came suddenly, I use Goody's PM.
Word of caution...It tastes GROSS. LOL. But it's so worth it so I really don't care. I dump it on my tongue and immediately follow that with a drink. I usually drink soda or juice with it. I have found that water does not help with the taste. You can also mix it in a drink, which is what my mother does but I have found that I can still taste it plus it takes me longer to drink. They do have flavored goody's powder that works the same and have a better taste. And for the price?? Greatest OTC medicine ever.
