Excellent bargain, excellent pillow

This pillow is very soft and comfortable, yet firm and supportive. It isn't overly hot like some memory foam pillows, as the heat dissipates well throughout the majority of the pillow. It is denser than other body pillows I have used, and the heft of it had me concerned that switching from sleeping on one side to another would be difficult. However with a little getting used to it, that concern has been alleviated. I haven't had to wash it yet, but I did as the directions suggest and fluff it in the dryer once I unwrapped it. It helped out immensely in redistributing the pillows innards, allowing me to have an easier time fine-tuning the pillow for my comfort.
As far as the customer service I have received goes, it is remarkable. I have purchased quite a few items via Amazon, and I have never been thanked for my purchase from a seller directly. They have been polite, courteous, and seem genuinely sincere. I hope I never have to use the 20-year warranty my pillow comes with; but if I do, I feel a sense of ease knowing that I would be treated excellently. It also makes me happy to know that the pillow is made in the U.S.A. entirely; the quality craftsmanship is apparent.

Great body pillow, but really heavy

After years of neck/back pain, I finally consulted a chiropractor and physical therapist, and between them and this body pillow, I'm almost completely pain-free. The physical therapist was the one who showed me how my sleeping position was likely contributing to the pain, and when you're right, you're right. This pillow was a real savior in that regard.
The foam is fantastically-smooshy (aww give me that word) and comfortable, it has great loft, and doesn't crush as easily as down, nor does it clump like polyester fill. I don't find I have to shake to redistribute the foam more than a couple of times each week. What's more, it doesn't appear to add to my already-inferno levels of sleeping heat, either.
I noticed an improvement in my neck pain from the first night, and that's plenty of incentive to wrestle with this giant thing every night. Which is where the "minus one star" comes in: This is a heavy, large pillow, and I mean heavy. I'm still figuring out how to grapple this pillow from one side to the other without 1) waking my husband up, 2) waking up myself so much that I can't go back to sleep, or 3) dragging the sheets off the bed. It's a struggle.
I can't say if that's a feature of all body pillows or just this one. So I'll just deduct one star for how enormously heavy this pillow is, and consider it a trade-off for losing the neck pain without igniting in my sleep.

It's totally perfect for me! I fluffed it up 10 mins in a hot dryer ( turning it a couple times since it's so long) and have used it every night since the first. For reading in bed, I use it behind my Snuggle-Pedic head pillow ( like a bolster cushion) for extra loft. I had been using three separate, and not very satisfying, pillows for side sleeping support -- knees, arm, and hand. Until I slept with this body pillow, I had no idea how wonderful it would feel to be completely supported from ankles to hand. I actually feel affection for this pillow. Like others have described, these Snuggle-Pedic pillows feel like a supportive cloud. And this one is very flexible in spite of it's large size and ample heft. It allows me to shift the support as desired, and it's also easy to take it with me when I happen to turn over during the night (FYI, I turn much less frequently since sleeping with this one).

Best pillow EVER. The "Snuggle-Pedic Shredded Bamboo Combination Memory Foam Body Pillow with Kool-Flow Cover" is simply fantastic (I put in the entire product name as sometimes, reviews get mixed so...). What makes it so great and what environment was this used in? External fabric: Very soft. Not slick. Temperature is cool and allows air to flow. The pillow does NOT go flat. Additionally, this pillow can easily be adjusted to fit your sleeping needs - e.g., provide comfort for a sore shoulder, etc by contouring the pillow; when done, you just lay it flat and it returns to it's original puffy shape in moments. Okay, environment used in: I'm over 6 feet tall and weigh over 250 pounds. I sleep on my side, back and stomach. I've slept with this behind my neck, at bizarre angles around my shoulders (see above), under me while on my stomach. Wake up in the morning - feel great. I have been shopping for body pillows for a while. Wanted to make sure I got something that would not flatten or have feathers sticking out. A bit reluctant to spend the money at first, but I bought this and It is definitely worth it. This can fill up a standard 150 x 50 cm pillowcase if you spread out the stuffing. You can also stuff it more so theres a couple of inches of slack or fluff it, the pillow fluffs nicely. A couple of things to note though. This may be too big for you if you have a twin bed unless one side of the bed is up against a wall, also it is a bit of a challenge when switching pillowcases. You have to roll the pillowcase up to get it on or off because the density of the pillow makes it a challenge. It does not take away from the overall quality though.
