I replaced my skoal with Jake's not the best tasting but it's healthier than tobacco, and I've been tobacco free for almost two months now

Tastes like hell and smells worse

Tastes like hell and smells worse. Good for oral fixation but the flavor runs out quick. I would recommend mixing it with your chew of choice and gradually reducing your need for it. Not a good way to give up immediately.
