These work great, don't make much noise in the dryer surprisingly. You'd think 3 balls thumping around would be really loud, but it's not. And I swear my clothes dried faster than normal. I added a few drops of lavender and it made my clothes smell great. But the smell only lasts for one or two loads. You gotta keep adding a few drops to keep the smell up. Only negative is that I noticed some fuzzy fibers on my black clothes. Not horrible, but definitely noticeable, I think they make dark balls for dark clothes so you may want to invest in those if that bothers you. I also felt some fuzz come off on my skin when I dried off after my shower with a towel that was dried using these. So they're not perfect but a great alternative to chemical laden dryer sheets.

Can't believe how soft my clothes are. Doesn't get rid of static cling completely as a dryer sheet or liquid softener does but it's completely natural and I will be a lifelong customer.

Works as expected/needed

These things seem to help the clothes dry faster. Not sure if they help much with static electricity though. One helpful thing is that you can hear them rattling around in the dryer and you know when the dryer is finished. Even though we are having fun with them I am not sure we would buy them again.

I first discovered these at my brother-in-law's house two years ago.They worked so well I bought a box of three at a brick and mortar store for my dryer. Then three more for my beach house. My only complaint was when drying nylon running shorts and nylon socks, the woolzies did not remove the static cling as well as I would have liked. Then my wife lost one of the balls (don't ask - how do you lose a dryer ball going from dryer to bedroom and not be able to find it - it is the size of a tennis ball.) Since the Woolzies box recommends three balls for a small to medium size dryer and six for a large unit, I decided to buy three more. Of course Amazon was a much better choice than trekking 15 miles to the original store (not to mention $7 cheaper.) Now with five balls, there is no more static cling. No more softener sheets or Downy for me.
