This phone is very easy to break. I mean you cant even drop it a foot and its toast. It doesn't work properly with google chrome and the connection issues are enough to drive you insane. You cannot tell if you are on a 4 g connection or wifi half the time. The phone's screen cracked by just falling off the arm of my couch and landing on the carpet. For having an octa core processor its performance is mediocre at best. Spend a little more money and get a BLU or ZTE. Don't waste time with this. trust me it not worth the money.

JUNK! Please do not waste your money as I did!!! First phone would not load operating system...went back...returned 3 weeks later...2nd phone would not pick up GPS signal, I had to wait 2 months for a replacement. That process only took 2 WEEKS! to get back when I was promised 3 days. No GPS is only a problem if you need to use apps like Google Maps, etc... Google Chrome will not work on the phone. Battery goes cray-cray daily. Looses power, will not charge, reads 70%, then 30% then 50% then...when you really need the phone it will let you down. Terrible software requires flipping thru too many useless screens to get to what you want. Very aggravated with this purchase. Do not believe the 2 year warranty!

1) When I got the phone automatic brightness would make the screen extremely dim all the time, even in sunlight. Got a replacement phone and it does the same thing. 2) About 30% of the time when I turn it on it displays 1% power left when there is plenty of power available. When I charge it for 1 minute it will show the correct power level, 60% for example. 3) If you are willing to put up with these problems, it's actually a great phone for the price.
UPDATE-AUTO BRIGHTNESS NOW WORKS. ALSO, IT NO LONGER INCORRECTLY DISPLAYS 1 PERCENT BATTERY POWER. I THINK A SOFTWARE UPDATE FIXED IT. FOR THE PRICE NOW I GIVE IT A 5 VERSUS A 4.

All in all seems to be a pretty good phone for the very short time I had it.
Problems were it would not recharge would just indicate charging and after eight hours or more percentage of charge rate will not increase.
Also it says it has 4g lte on both Sim cards but when tested Sim 1 was 3g and Sim 2 2g very disappointing.
Manufacturers need to give what they advertise and not deceive customers who believe what is said.
For this product was returned for complete refund.

Probably my expectations were very big after I read all features of this phone, there are two reasons which convicted me to return this product:
Wifi connection receiver was very bad. Disconnecting every minute, and always when I tried to open Chrome. Wifi icon dissapeared and then I was just notified "New connections found" and it automatically reconnect and after one minute same situation repeated...
Second - available space of memory. Device has 2GB of internal RAM, and after the first start (no additional applications loaded) - only 0.92 GB available. WTH??And every other second that amount was decreasing...
On the other hand I have to honestly say, that Display is beautiful, very sharp. System response is very fast. But the Lollipop version installed doesn't include any specialities or available some custom settings..Icons are BIG and it seems like children toy. Need to download 3rd party launcher to get smaller icons on displays. But this is system issue, not the mobile. For the price 300$ I would expecting at least some more better utilities,
