This is the best KT tape on the market for the price hands down. I have tried numerous other tapes that cost a significant amount more and only stay on my skin for 2 to 3 days, I once made this tape go 10 days just to see how long it would last with 2 showers a day without even drying the tape afterwards, and it probable could have gone longer. I would put it right on par with expensive rocktape and KT Pro as far as support, durability, and adhesion duration. The best part is having 105 feet of tape to play with is no more holding back on if you should use it or not, and how much. I use it on my knee and find myself using longer pieces that anchor on my lower quads and end at my upper shins, and its not a problem to instantly reapply if you get it wrong the first try. After using it more than two dozen times I only once had a nagging issue where it tore my skin, and this was because I anchored it on a full stretch. Place it down unstreched then pull and end unstreched, and removing the tape while wet after a shower seem to be the safest and least painful way of removal so you can reapply after a nights sleep without irritated skin the next day. Excellent product, my vetren physical therapist is even thinking about dropping rocktape after he runs out of his large supply for this tape since its virtually the same materials without the big brand name.

I do equine kinesiology taping and sometimes I have hard time finding a tape that will last a while. Stark tape has lasted up to 2 weeks on some horses. This is my go to tape.

I've been using KT tape for 10+ years for sports injury care and this is one of the best out there...and it's priced phenomenally! I've used nearly every brand of tape out there, in which there's some of the more expensive ones which work well, as well as some more frugal options which tend to not have the same quality. This product is the perfect combination of both. We've utilized this tape on a daily basis for going on a year now, and I don't notice much of a difference at all between the "big" name brands and this tape. The adhesive is really good where it lasts up to several days, and the adhesive residue isn't obnoxious when it comes off. It also feels very similar in quality to some of the more expensive brands; perhaps not quite at rigid/heavy as some of the other brands (where you can really "feel" it on there) - but the difference is negligible. This can also be a good thing, as it allows for the therapeutic effects of the tape to work without feeling like you are being restricted in movement....which is of course one of the main tenants of this type of therapeutic taping. I highly recommend and will continue to utilize this tape for a good period of time.
