Fun machine and works faster than the cheap department store ones, but not professional level by any means. The cotton comes out the top and you have to work to learn how to spin it onto the cone correctly. It doesn't work nearly as well if it isn't cleaned every time. Also, the fuse holder on mine burned up after 2 uses. I replaced it myself rather than sending this monstrous package back.

I love this product and would give it a 5 star, but I am unable to get the 2 of the screws out of the head so I can clean it. It seems as if they are over tightened and will not break lose with out stripping the screw. Not sure now how I will clean it. I use it as a rental item and lots of cotton candy was made in it over the weekend and now I'm afraid it will not work properly next time due to not being able to get the burnt stuff out of the head. :(

I would have gotten the Vortex + Cart but the prices shot within a little over a week. I think it went from about 200$ to nearly 400$, so I just went with this one when it was a little under 200$. The dome's shipping was delayed over a week, regardless, I couldn't help but to test it out and it worked out pretty well.
Spins well and fast. Poured the sugar in and almost instantly the web shot out, so be prepared to practice switching to the stick!
Plenty fast enough and the yield size is pretty decent too. Definitely happier with this buy than a cheaper 30$-40$ machine.

I don't think the cart is sold separately. So, if you catch it at a low price again don't miss out like I did.

This machine is great. It makes a lot of cotton candy in such a little time. Putting it together was like putting together a piece of IKEA furniture and was a little difficult, but the end result is literally a BEAST cotton candy machine!!! Also I recommend using "Gold Medal flosssugar" for this machine as it yields great results.

Just opened the box. The box was all smashed but the product seems to be physically. Instructions?? nope none. ok. put on the pan and it does not lock down well. wiggles. turned on the heater and that does not do anything. hit the other switch and now both switches light up. The middle part spins. stop the thing and put in one scoop of floss in the center. turn it back on and waited and waited and after 30 minutes it is still spinning with nothing coming out. the center feels a bit warm but nothing else. OK called the vendor and the answer as some other name. ask to leave a name and number and they will call. so far nothing from anyone.
not sure what else to do. if I get nothing back from the company I will be returning this and the rest of the supplies for a refund.
