Arrived damaged, but works fine

The microwave came in damaged form. However we had already called the repair guys to fix it to the wall so we were not able to get a replacement. I asked for a partial refund but they did not give it to me. Other than the damage, the microwave looks great and works well, did not take too long for them to fix to wall

Received it with body damage, microwave non operational. Does not turn on AT ALL, door does not shut on the top half, light is on inside all the time and overheating. Zero stars!!!!!

I received the replacement unit with some shipping issues.
It works great. Heats up the food fast.
The controls are pretty intuitive.
So why 4 stars?
The inside is dark grey. It's hard to see dirt on it and I really keep my microwave spotlessly clean inside. Call it OCD.
Also, the control buttons are hard to push, you have to nail them exactly in the middle.
Overall: so far so good.
Update: making it a 4 star.

This microwave was delivered to me in the promised time period. Now that my kitchen remodel is finished, I install the oven and I have been using it for the last several days. It works as promised and using it is pretty intuitive. I did not give it five stars because the care and usage instructions were not included, and I have called GE support and I am waiting for those instructions. Once I was able to get online, the instructions were also available to download.
Looks good but not sure about the door quality and absolutely horrible service wait times.

The door moves 1/8 inch inwards whenever you press the buttons on the front. Seems like it's not closing all the way even though it's brand new with a perfect shipping box. GE couldn't tell me if this was normal but asked if I could feel air coming out around the door when it's running. I did, so they said to call service so I'm now waiting 3 to 4 weeks to get someone out here. That's really a long wait time don't you think? Is this dangerous? Not happy.
A great microwave but missing key information for install

The microwave is great, but the specs and dimensions given all say it needs 30" clearance. However they all fail to tell you that the door needs another 1" clearance on the left to be able to open. If you have a kitchen configuration that has a larger tall cabinet to the left of where the microwave will go in, it will not work right without cabinet modification. I ended up pulling out the overhead cabinet and everything to the right of it, and adding a 1" spacer between the the tall cabinet and the overhead one and that provides the needed clearance.
