I bought this cleaner put it in my pool and no matter what i do it wont work. I called the company and tried to talk to someone to help me to see what was the problem . I was to take pictures of it not working and send them to them. The said to take pictures with my phone DO THEY THINK EVERYONE HAS A CELL PHONE I DO not. Tried to call a few days later and all i got was a leave a message. I got no call back. Now it to late to send it back.
Cheap materials, Poorly designed - You Get What You Pay For.

Well... except for hanging in corners, this item worked ok...that is FOR ALL OF JUST 60 DAYS. At almost exactly 60 days, the deflector bar wore through and broke. The unit is designed to propel itself with a flapper valve that agitates the unit..causing it to inch forward with each flap of the valve. Problem is the cheap plastic deflector bar rubs on the gunite like sand paper. Two months normal use.. wore all the way through. Then the cheap plastic on the flapper valve broke. Totally non-functional.
Inexpensive.. yes... but you definitely get what you pay for! For me, it was a waste of money and time..

Not that good

Works ok but I'm not really sure if the people that build these things actually use them before they sell them??
First off hoses are to stiff they just knot up when it goes around and the floats on the hose that supposed to hold hose up at top of water so the vacuum head stays on the bottom flat doesn't even float they sink, thank god I don't have a lot of trees around my pool so I just guide it around by hand so it sucks good tho, and if you don't store the vacuum head so it sits exactly flat then the rubber bottom is disformed and won't sit flat on the bottom of pool.

No adapter for a leaf basket to be attached. If ya want to use one, better buy an adapter. 3 stars bc its a good price.
