Watch the YouTube video! The instructions on the packaging are horrible. Once I watched the video I was able to put it up without problems. Make sure you clean the wall. The decals stuck to mine although is textured. It's much smaller than pictured on the ad.

First and foremost.... PLEASE watch the YouTube video entitled "Delma Lous"... Clear instructions on how to achieve the look in the picture.
Ok I had to modify the steps. My wall is grainy and not smooth. After putting each section on the wall and peeling the white paper behind the letter off I realize my wall surface was not smooth enough to keep the letters in place. I opted not to remove the clear adhesive film on top of the letters. The finish product still looks great. Because the area is not well lit it is hard to see the adhesive film unless you are up on it. The pictures I attached the first one is with flash, you can see the clear film. The second one has no flash, that's about all the lighting in my den area. It does require patience. Please do not take each letter off one by one. Work smart, not hard. Took approximately 30 mins to complete once I watched the video.

Not as big as pictured, but I had read that in other post. Is nice sign, but a letter was missing and the replacement letter was never sent...customer service not so good...said they would send replacement then when I checked back a few weeks later, they said they didn't do that, now have a cute inspirational wall with a different letter that I made from paper

Note the size in the description. It is smaller than the photo. Which I knew because I actually read the description before ordering. It is 100 percent doable is you're patient. It took me a couple of hours to put it up. If you're impatient and your arms get tired easily, this might not be for you. The transfer paper was so hard to get off the letters. It was not as easy as the video looked. Btw follow the instructions on the video instead of the paper instructions.

Absolutely AWFUL application process. I've been using vinyl wall quotes and art at home and work for years, but I've never had one that was this horrible to apply. I want the HOUR of my life back that I spent wrangling that sticky mess onto a wall. Blech. Order from another supplier. Pay extra if you must. Just don't buy from this company.
