I used these mats under our Total Gym. I needed them, because I just got new hardwood flooring and did not want it ruined! It works great under all the weight & stress from the equipment. I just wish that I had ordered more so that I could lay them even with four laying side by side. There are only 6 tiles total, therefore I am 2 tiles short of what I would like. However, that is probably my fault for not reading the dimensions thouroughly. I thought the tiles were 12"x12" each, so I could interlock another12" layer next to them, but they are 24"x24" each. So I used 4 of those lenthwise and the remaining two, I put under my desk chair.

These tiles work as expected to keep exercise equipment in place and help absorb shock. The only issue is that I ordered black and got a galaxy style print, black with tiny white dots that sorta look like stars. No biggie, but the rest of the floor has solid black tiles, while this mat in the corner has white flecks in it.

Great price. A little slippery on top surface when doing plank & mountain climbers in training shoes 🤷"â'€ï¸ May be a little improvement barefoot. A more rubber like surface would work best, but you can't beat the price. It does what I need. Simple, clean, can take apart in seconds or slide under sofa. Does the trick for my 50 min home workout. It would work great for equipment on top to protect floors as well.

I purchased these mats to put under an elliptical I had ordered. I previously had ordered another sets of mats off Amazon but wanted to try out some others. These look great in the room, however, they are a little thinner than my other mats that were similar in price. I ordered an additional set to have enough to put under the machine, however I think I would continue to purchase the other mats for the rest of the room.
I do like that they come with the side/corner pieces so that the edges are clean without having to cut anything. Don't take my review wrong, they are nice mats.. but since I have two sets going right now I just want to continue growing the other set for my floor exercises. If you haven't purchased any yet, then these are a good choice!

Durable and Comfortable

These are amazing. My wife and I bought these as a play mat for our son but wanted to get something thick and durable so it's comfortable to play on but he won't scratch and pick it apart. So far they work perfectly. It's thicker than a roll out carpet mat so he feels comfortable on our concrete floors, but its tougher than some of the play mats geared toward kids so it'll take him a while to destroy it. It was a sacrifice to not have a mat with letters or numbers or whatever else they have, but it's worth it. As an added bonus, we can use to work out whenever he's not playing on it.
As a workout mat, I'm thoroughly impressed. I do very high impact workouts and I typically destroy yoga mats, so I was happily surprised when this mat didn't move or seem phased after working out on it a few times. The interlocking held up very nicely.
