Was as described and easy to install.

I waited to use this until it has been used regularly-and it is still PERFECT!!! Great Product and I highly recommend!!!

I ordered this to replace a hose that had split. I am an older woman who lives alone without ANY construction maintenance experience! I was very apprehensive about trying to install myself. {visions of having to replace the entire plumbing pipe system ran through my head more than once} LOL

Moving on to my review: it was SUPER EASY AND SIMPLE! The only difficult parts were the caps to protect the ends. There are two at each end. The first just pull off easily. The inner is in pretty tightly. I do not advise trying to lift out with your fingernail (I broke mine trying this step). I reverted to using the tip of a steak knife and they popped right out. I did wrap the pipe coming from the wall with some teflon tape (it was recommended to me {FYI Teflon tape is not sticky like any other kind of tape}). Then literally hand screwed the hose to the wall pipe and the shower massage head and voila!!!! No leaks, works better than before!!

Also, the long length is GREAT to rinse my grand kids and clean the back side of the tub and shower walls. It is long enough that you do not need to use the shower head like a water gun and spray all over the place!!! BONUS!!

Anyone without experience this is the product for you to install!!! And the best part-it is well made, very light weight and so far has held up very well!!!!

Until I got it and used it, I was not sure I needed 100 inch length -- but I am glad now to have it. I replaced the shorter, stiffer, kink-retaining all-plastic hose that came with a WaterPik shower head that I bought long ago but installed only recently. This hose is much more supple, and it hangs loose without kinking. I give it 4* instead of 5* because it imparts a plastic/chemical aroma to the water that sits in it between uses, which means that if I don't want that stuff (whatever it is that I'm smelling) on me, I need to run water through the hose for 15 to 30 seconds before I aim it on myself. I assume this aroma comes from a plastic liner in this stainless steel hose sheath. Note, I have a very sensitive nose; others might not even notice this. I am hoping the aromatic chemicals will be depleted as the hose gets older and as more hot water runs through it; I have been using it for only a few weeks now. Unlike the all-plastic hose it replaced, this one fits nicely into the base of the Bopai Vacuum Suction Cup Shower Head Wall Mount Holder Removable Handheld Showerhead & Bidet Sprayer Adhesive Bracket Chrome . I am using this hose with the Delta Faucet U4922-PK Shower Arm Diverter for Hand Shower, Chrome so that I can stand under my old water-saving showerhead for most of the shower, and then use the handheld device for local spot showering.

We have an outside bath by the pool and I purchased this for the shower in that. It easily attached to my existing fitting with everything included. Very happy with the length for bathing my dogs and for spraying down the flooring, toilet, sink. The 5&6 ft ones that usually come with a handheld shower head are way too short and it makes bath time more stressful than it already is lol. I also purchased a handheld with an on/off button to go with this which makes the whole set up perfect for my pups! Highly recommend!
