Really sturdy and quite nice, much more than I expected for the price. Was packed really well and arrived early. Made a great gift :) just take care to not lose the single key provided (although the lock is more ornamental than functional, it does work as a lock)

Looks nice at first. But the keyhole plate wasn't attached to the front of the box. Finally found it somewhere in one of the drawers. The extremely tiny two screws that are used to attach it were in two different spots after hunting for them. One was stuck to the side of the styrofoam padding on the outside of the box. The other was in the side compartment. The holes for the plate are too big for the screws to hold them. And the two metal prongs for the lid don't stay in their holes either, which are too big. Very cheap. Thinking about sending it back. I have to find screws that will work.

Nice quality jewelry box! I have no complaints in that regard. My issue is the place I had available to place it, on top of my chest of drawers. Only being 5'4'' it is not a convenient location and makes it hard for me to get into it, especially the top layer to view things. I had to make space for it because I needed the side space for the side panels to open before you can open the top and access the drawers. Location is important when purchasing this box! I've now learned that lesson as I didn't take that in to consideration when purchasing it. Otherwise a nice sturdy piece.
