I was excited to try a new brad for glitter HTV so I ordered this red, I received it right on time and was very excited to start on a big order I had to produce within the next couple days. I made one design, weeded it, applied (according to provided instructions) the design, and was done, or so I thought. as soon as the customer put it on, in front of me, the vinyl started to peel off. I'm very disappointed cause I was looking forward to doing further business with you for glitter HTV, maybe this roll was a defect but it was not effective, even after reheating the design it still peeled in areas. the vinyl doesn't even stay adhered to the plastic backing making the cut very difficult due to the lifting edges.

I bought two rolls of the glitter HT vinyl & one of the reflective by Firefly. While beautiful once on, this stuff IS NOT user friendly. The first time I used the glitter, it was nearly impossible to needle and I summed it up to user error. The next time, I really cranked that baby up, lowered my blade, doubled my cut. Still nearly impossible to seperate because the backer is so stretchy. The vinyl itself also pulls A LOT making needling even more difficult. Next up? The reflective vinyl. This is when I decided a review was in order. This stuff has a clear plastic coating ON BOTH SIDES. The directions do NOT tell you this, so it's kind of hit and miss. After figuring out which side was what, I cut as normal, needled the blanks, and then ironed a layer of CLEAR PLASTIC to my fabric. Do over. Now not only do I have to needle out the negative space, I have to find an invisible layer of plastic on the positive space and remove it. If you miss any, you iron a clear plastic letter onto your fabric. As an added torturous bonus, the correct backer in not tacky at all, so should you accidentally remove something you want - you know when you are removing one of the unnecessary plastic layers - you can not just stick it back on. Really, pay the extra $2 for a name brand, because this "Made in Korea" product will leave you a writhing pile of curse words. Never, ever again!

A little pricey for the size, but I needed this in a hurry. While home for the holidays, my daughter asked me to make her some shirts for the Dopey challenge she was running at Disney World and this was what I could find to get it done in time. I ordered several colors and they arrived in two days with Prime so I was able to get them done before she headed out. It cut well and ironed on just fine. The only thing I didn't like is two of the colors had lighter spots that didn't seem to have the color all the way through. Luckily they were in the corner and I was able to avoid them. All things considered I liked it, but not sure I'd buy it again for the price, but in a pinch, it worked fine.

I've used several brands of vinyl for crafting projects but this brand is far superior to any I've tried!! I followed their cutting settings for the Cameo machine and it cut like butter! No issues weeding and it ironed on beautifully. I even used an athletic shirt and had issues with the vinyl setting or edges peeling after wearing the shirts.
