I first tasted this chip as one of several varieties found in Terra Vegetable Chips in a healthfood store years ago. I found myself seeking out this chip more than the others even though I like the sweet potato chip.
The Taro chip is hardy, tasty and has it's own unique flavor. I found taro chips while working in Hawaii and really wanted to have them stateside when I returned. I found a few stores would carry them and sometimes not. Once again, Amazon comes through. Thank You Amazon!
I enjoy Taro chips alone as a snack and or with hummus, baba ghanoush, guacamole, and a variety of sour cream, yogurt and cream cheese dips. But as I said, alone is simply delicious!
