It does not fit all watch sizes as claimed!!!

I am about 65% satisfied with this product. I believe it has 2 major issues:
1) The write up claims the all watch sizes fit inside of this winder. I have a Seiko Dive Watch and it does not fit with the winder case lid on.
2) The write up also claims that this winder motor is "super-quiet. It is NOT!
Also, the instruction have no illustrations showing a watch inserted in the winder.
