Had some red wine splash on me during a weeding. Not like a huge puddle, but left a few streaks (~1.5" long) on the pant leg of a 100% wool suit. I sprayed some of this on a paper towel and applied it (conservatively) to the stains, then used a clean, wet paper towel to remove the residue. Worked like magic. I tried it on the inside-out part of the end of a pant leg first to make sure it didn't stain or do anything weird. Great product.

It did pass my first test! I did not expect to use this product a couple of days after I received it. Had a spill of red over one of my favorite shirts. I did try to remove the most dramatic area with water and soap right away; then I let this product sink in for half hour before washing and voilà it was all gone!

I found it does a pretty good (though not perfect) job of removing not only red wine stains but also other stains with a red base. It's as good as anything I've found. I bought a second bottle to keep in the picnic basket.

I bought this for my neighbor after accidentally spilling some red wine on her off white chair. It was almost a week later and linen fabric but did an outstanding job restoring it. Fast forward months later, I got ink stains on 2 cotton tops at work and searched my house for every possible stain remover before laundering.
