I've been using this machine for a long time. So far, it always does the job. I'm very pleased, I have no complaints, I recommend it highly.

This computer is awful. The entire device is integrated, so while you can add new components the integrated power supply won't power them. The HP skin for Windows is awful, it takes an act of God to remove it and if you don't you're stuck with the HP version of programs which fill the entire screen and make multitasking impossible. The WiFi card has no Antenna port so if you're more than 4 foot away from your router good luck on a signal. When you do get a signal it's choppy. I've been fighting this and Internet issues for 4 months since I ordered it, and after changing providers guess what, it's not the internet. I'd rather try to use an abacus and smoke signals than try to use this useless machine.

This is a very fine computer and it does the job for me. This computer is actually better built and runs better than any computer I have had special made for me. I like every feature it has. The price was just right also.

I purchased this as new but I found out it had been opened and the warranty had started as of April 2015. I bought it in late August.
It appeared someone had tried to install programs previoisly and the registry was messed up. In lieu of returning it I took it to Geek Squad for repair and its working fine now. How ever I am disappointed in the seller.
In defense of the seller he did give me the option of returning it for a refund but I needed a computer now. so I had it repaired at my expense.
