Helps a little, but arms get stuck when rolling over

I'm a little confused that few of the reviewers are having the same problem as us -- our 5 month old son rolls over onto his tummy and gets his hand stuck down between the bottom edge of this bumper and the mattress. We have the bottom edge overlapping the mattress by an inch or so, as in the pictures, and we put it on nice and taught. He gets stuck and starts crying several times each time we put him down -- exactly what this bumper is supposed to prevent. I'm thinking of buying some strong velcro and trying to secure the bottom edge of the bumper to the mattress sheets so that his arm can't get in between, but not sure how well velcro will hold when laundering the sheets so that might not work. I'm surprised though that this product needs a hack based on the reviews... am I missing something? Any tips? I'm still giving it three stars as I think it does prevent some limbs from being stuck, some of the time (i.e. when limbs are approaching straight on). It's when the limbs are approaching from above (like with rolling over) that they can still get stuck.

Gives you lots of length to work with for larger cribs which is nice. Def breathable, wrapped around my own head and tried breathing through it. Soft and adds a little cushion. Looks just like the picture would recommend. The only reason it's not 5 stars, is it was a little hard to corrdinate the extra length and wish they had included a one sheeter of directions or starting position for specific sized cribs.

Great looking product. Not only do we not worry about our son sticking body parts out the crib anymore but it's padded so if he hits his head on the crib rolling around it won't hurt him as bad.

Exactly what I needed for peace of mind! Baby started getting his leg stuck in the crib rails but I was deathly afraid of bumpers. Well fear no more mama, these liners are totally breathable! And I thought I'd be able to install without watching any videos- WRONG. Just go to their website and watch the 3 minute video and installation will be a breeze. Also, you can still change the seats without having to touch the bumpers which is a blessing! Others have said that there's not padding... well this is true but padding wasn't my concern. Safety was my concern and now my child wont get stuck or smothered in his crib.

Not as wide (talk) as we needed but it does keep the binky from hitting the floor....we'll make it work for now. Also, it is not as meshy/see thru as the pics seem. The material is good quality but thicker than expected. Easy to install and fits a modern crib okay but is very tight so I recommend doing yourself a favor and have a helper when you're installing for the first time.
