Works well . Stainless hardware should be free of rust. Those cheap zinc plated dealer screws will rust and be a pain whenever you want to remove them. Should be enough types in this set to let you attach a front and rear plate.
Had all the right parts and sizes for a 2018 VW Atlas and a 2018 Audi S4. Stainless looks good, too.

This kit is legit. It had all the pieces and parts I need to clean-up the front and rear plates on both of our cars (2018 VW Atlas and 2018 Audi S4). It's been installed for about a month and the bolts still look brand new, no rusting, etc. Honestly, auto manufacturers/dealers need to start including a bag of these with every car they sell.
Everything came in separate little baggies, too... it made it easy to keep like-sized screws/bolts together.

The kit comes in a zip lock bag that makes is small enough to store for future use. The only reason I did not rate this product five stars is there are only enough screw caps to cover one vehicle's license plate. {front and rear} if you own more vehicles. You would have enough for two vehicles if you live in a state where only one license plate is required. They were very easy to install and came the tool that is needed and it came with a small instruction insert inside the bag. Excellent quality. Will buy more kits in the future when needed.

This kit is AMAZING!!! The screws we originally purchased from Amazon along with 2 new plate holders - they didn't work. Then we happened upon these while perusing Amazon and this kit is HEAVEN SENT! Our new license plate set up looks fabulous. Highly recommend this screw kit - it will have everything you will need. My husband asked to keep the 2nd back up set we bought b/c he can already think of multiple uses. But if your are getting new license plate holders, order this kit at the same time and you won't regret it. It'll be instant gratification b/c everything will work from the get go!

My wife's 2017 Accord has four license plate attachment points on the rear and the plate was installed at the dealer with only two screws. When I went to install a new license plate cover (Cruiser Accessories 19003 Chrome Palm Tree Frame- submitted separate review- liked it) I wanted to add the bottom screws so ordered this set as I wasn't exactly sure of the size (car had plastic mounting anchors that use screws and not bolts). Found the smaller sheet metal screws worked fine and were actually smaller than the ones already on the plate but held securely on the car and were much less noticeable than the larger screws. Didn't install the caps but may later on the larger upper screws which I may also replace with the larger screws in this set. Overall a nice kit at a good price with plenty of spares that should handle multiple license plates.
