My grandson's been playing with this for less than a month and three out of the four wires at the ends of the tunnel are coming out of the tunnel and are safety issue. I have had other tunnels for years without this issue. I am totally upset because he loved it. If I could rate it a zero stars I would. I would have rated it 5 stars before this issue.

I am very disappointed with the product. If it's meant for kids, it should be atleast safe. Arrived today and my kids were excited to play in it. It scratched my son's hand all over. Upon inspection found a pointy metal sticking out. Photos attached.

I got this for my boys for Christmas (they're 1 and 2) and they love it! However, within a week one of the wires was poking out. My husband did trip and file it (he's very handy for things like this). However, if he couldn't have done that it would have been a big safety issue for us. Our boys play in the tunnels very regularly!
