This has held up very well. I use it in a very small pond that provides water for wildlife. The pond doesn't get cleaned very often. The pump is in a small perforated box that keeps the big stuff out, but that's all. But this pump keeps on running.

The pump does not shoot as high as in the illustration. I probably should have purchased a more powerful pump. Also, it keeps clogging as my fountain collects debris. I keep cleaning it. I had the same problem with the pump it replaced.
